(My literary bar mitzvah.) In Houston, a great collection in a cool atmosphere. The largest independent bookstore in Austin, Texas. Just walking around inside makes you smarter. In the Phoenix area, almost nightly author appearances and a massive mail order operation. Interesting site. People compare their books, talk about them, review them. This page has a cool picture of me, and credits me for two books I didn’t even write. In L.A., the crime fiction store at the end of the universe. |
